This 1930's Arts & Crafts build suffered from the Christchurch earthquake having slid off it's foundations. In addition, numerous renovations in the past necessitated a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior of this old home, while keeping in theme with the original fabric. The result is a fully restored architectural response in line with the consistent style of the home and the clients desire to 'get it right'.
